Simple annual pricing for the clinic software. AI features are billed separately, by use.

AI is not included and not unlimited. The annual fee covers the software, your staff accounts and support. AI features (voice dictation and the AI assistants) use AI credits that you buy separately and that are used up only when someone uses an AI feature.

AI credits

AI credits pay for AI features only. You buy credits in packages; each time someone uses voice dictation or an AI assistant, credits are used according to what that request actually cost to run. You can see every use in your billing page and download a monthly statement. If credits run out, only AI features pause: patient records, appointments and prescriptions keep working. Credits are separate from, and unaffected by, your yearly subscription renewal.

Credit packages and prices are shared when you sign up.

Prices exclude any applicable tax. Subscription fees are fixed for the agreed annual term.
